The rooms in the Heath location are comfortable and the staff are friendly, there is full reception service and a waiting area. There is a car park to the back of the building and the surrounding streets offer unrestricted parking.

Walk and Talk
Conducted in various locations around the Heath and Llanishen area. All initial sessions are held either face to face or remotely, to ensure risk assessments are completed prior to taking the session outdoors.
Fees
Individual Counselling: 50 minutes
Face to Face, Walk and Talk, Video and Telephone Consultation: £60
Supervision
Individuals: 1 hour / 1 hour 30 minutes
Reduced fee until March 2025
Group: Hours to be agreed

The first session will be an opportunity for you to get an idea of what therapy feels like, what you might gain from it, to have any questions answered and most importantly for you to get a sense of whether I am the right person for you. After the initial appointment, there is no obligation to continue if you decide to seek help elsewhere.
